The National Means Cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) results have been released by the Assam Directorate of Secondary Education (ADSE). Candidates who appeared in the exams can view their results via the Bidyarthi smartphone application. The results have been made available in PDF format by the authorities. Candidates should be aware that the NMMS result 2023 Assam will not be available on the official website. 

"The official statement of the same reads, “We regret to state that the PDF file could not be uploaded to this website due to the large memory size of the Result PDF. You are, therefore requested kindly to visit 'Bidyarthi' mobile app which is available in the Google Play Store.”

"The result is also highlighted at the top of the app menu. Touch the news highlight and wait a few seconds/minutes to download the result," reads the official website.

Steps To Download Assam NMMS Result 2023

• Go to the Google Play Store.

• Now search and download the Bidyarthi application.

• Sign in/up using login credentials.

• Click on option saying scheme and then select NMMS.

• Assam NMMS result 2023 will appear on screen.

• View PDF and download it.

• Keep at least 2 hard copies for future reference.

About Assam NMMS Scholarship scheme

The Assam NMMS Result 2023 was recently announced by the authorities. The "National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS)" was started in May 2008. According to this plan, 

• Scholarships are given to gifted or meritorious students whose parent's annual income does not exceed Rupees 1,50,000/-.

• Students enrolled in classes IX, X, XI, and XII in Government, Government-aided, and local body schools for a maximum of four years.

• The scholarship will be worth Rupees 12000/- per year, or Rupees 1000 per month.
