Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will introduce a toll-free helpline number, 1902, as part of the Jaganannaku Chebudam programme on May 9. The goal of this effort is to provide timely and high-quality responses to people's complaints about welfare programmes and government services.
24/7 Registration Of Grievances
This programme allows consumers to file complaints at any time of day or night. It is also intended to raise public knowledge of government services and social programmes. Citizens who file their complaints will be assigned a unique Your Service Request (YSR) number. They will then be updated on the status of their grievances on a regular basis using IVRS and SMS-based communications.
Direct Access To The Chief Minister's Office
One of the most significant aspects of this programme will be direct access to the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) and Project Monitoring Units. This will ensure that issues are resolved quickly and promptly. Furthermore, this programme will allow residents to bring their problems directly to the Chief Minister's attention, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed.
Date Of Launch
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will unveil the toll-free helpline number, 1902, on May 9. This programme is an important step towards addressing people's problems and enhancing the overall quality of governance in Andhra Pradesh.
