IIM Kashipur's final placement season for the MBA and MBA (analytics) batches of 2021-23 ended with the highest package of Rupees 37 LPA. The average CTC for the batch 2021-23 is Rupees 18.11 LPA, representing a 19% year-on-year (YOY) increase.
The median CTC is Rupees 17.2 LPA, up 16% year on year. The top 10% of the batch earned an average CTC of Rupees 28.5 LPA, the top 20% earned an average CTC of Rupees 25.9 LPA, and the top 30% earned an average CTC of Rupees 24.5 LPA.
Several new organizations joined the list of prestigious recruiters during the recruitment drive, including HashiCorp, EXL Analytics, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nomura, MTR Group, and others. The IT and BFSI industries were the top recruiters. More than 200 organizations participated in the summer and final placements, and IIM Kashipur recruited over 50 new organizations this year.
In line with the final placements, IIM Kashipur saw a similar pattern in the summer recruitment drive for the 2022-24 batch. Summer placement season for batches 2022-24 ended on March 28, 2023.
