Description

The application process for Swami Atmanand English Medium Schools in Chattisgarh for the academic year 2023-24 has begun. Students/guardians can complete the forms on the official website. Applications can also be submitted offline.

The applications may be submitted from April 10 to May 5. If there are too many applications, seats will be allocated via lottery from May 5 to 10. Other admission-related activities will take place from May 11 to May 15. 50% of the vacant seats at Swami Atmanand English Medium School will be reserved for girls, while 25% will be reserved for children of BPL card holders.

To commemorate the occasion of statehood day, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel launched the Swami Atmanand English Medium School Scheme on November 1, 2020. These schools aim to "provide a level playing field to bright students from economically weaker section of the society." There are currently 279 such schools operating throughout the state.

According to an official statement, the highlights of these schools are state-of-the-art infrastructure such as libraries, ultra-modern computer labs, science labs, and highly trained teams of teachers and school heads ensuring all-around development of children as well as opportunities to pursue a passion.
