The Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security was recently launched by the Indian Institute of Technology Jammu in collaboration with TimesPro. The programme will assist students in identifying cyber threats, learning about cybersecurity and risk management, data breaches, cloud and network security, designing cyber security frameworks, and gaining valuable insights from academicians and industry experts.
PG Diploma In Cyber Security – Course Structure
Professionals enrolled in the programme will learn topics such as mathematical foundations and an introduction to cryptography, computer networking fundamentals, operating system fundamentals, web application and network security, multimedia, and digital forensics.
PG Diploma In Cyber Security – Duration And Mode Of The Course
According to the release, the course will be delivered in Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode via the Interactive Learning (IL) platform, with six days of campus immersion throughout the year. The course has a 12-month duration.
The programme adheres to a tried-and-true pedagogy of various learning tools and techniques, such as lectures, discussions, projects, and assignments, and includes more than 100 hours of self-learning.
