In the most recent round of placements, Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore) received the highest yearly wage package. A student at IIM Indore has received the highest domestic job offer of Rupees. 1.14 crore. According to an IIM Indore official, the salary has increased by 65 lakhs since the last time. During the most recent placement session, the highest placement offered was Rupeess 49 lakh.
About 160 recruiters were involved in the recruitment push. Several employers paid an average of Rupees 30.21 lakh to 568 students. Students from the Post Graduate Program (PGP) and the five-year Integrated Program in Management took part in the placement (IPM). The MBA at IIM Indore is worth the same as both programmes.
More than three-quarters of the offers were made in the consulting, banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors.
The consulting industry had the most job openings (29%), followed by sales, marketing, and finance (18%), general management, HR, leadership, and operations (19%), and information technology (16%).

Accenture, Adani Group, Amazon, Ambit Capital, American Express, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Citi Group, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY, Goldman Sachs, HUL, IndigoEdge, ITC, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, o3 Capital, PwC, and Reliance are among the major employers at IIM Indore, according to the press release.
IIM Indore Placements 2023: Collaboration With 80 New Employers
This year, the institute formed partnerships with over 80 new employers, including Aarti Industries, Adani Group, African Industries Group, Alkem Laboratories, AM/NS, Ambit Capital, Bira 91, BlackRock, CavinKare, CITI Bank, DCM Shriram, Delhivery, DISYS, Dolcera, and Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors.
The offers were made to students in the five-year Integrated Program in Management and the two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) (IPM). Both programmes, according to a representative, are considered MBA-equivalent.
Himanshu Rai, director of IIM Indore, stated that by providing top-notch management education, IIM Indore is constantly looking forward to strengthening its ties with business. General management, operations, finance, marketing, and information technology have the most job openings, followed by consulting (IT).
