The re-registration and new registration window for Online, ODL, and merit-based ODL programmes at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close on March 20, 2023. Candidates who have not yet applied for these programmes must do so on the official website before the deadline.

Previously, the registration deadline was March 10, but it has now been extended to March 20, 2023. If a candidate fails to register by the deadline, he or she will be charged a late fee of Rupees 200.

• Scanned signature

• Class 10th marksheet/ birth certificate

• Educational qualification certificates, 

• Experience certificate,

• Category certificate (if any) 

• BPL certificate (if any)

Steps To Apply For IGNOU January 2023 Session

• Visit the official website.

• Now on the homepage, click on re-registration, fresh registration link.

• Then select the programme and finish the registration process.

• Now log in with registered credentials.

• Fill up IGNOU January 2023 session application form.

• Upload the necessary documents.

• Make the payment of the required fee.

• Submit the form and take a printout.

According to the official statement, “A non-refundable Registration Fee shall be charged along with the programme fee of first semester/year at the time of admission.If a student applies for cancellation of application/admission and refund of fee, the refund request will be considered as per the University policy.”
