GATE 2023: Normalized Marks Calculation For Multi-Session Papers

A proper normalisation procedure must be used in order to take into account the variance in exam difficulty throughout the sessions because some of the GATE 2023 exams were administered in multiple sessions.

The normalisation of GATE 2023 scores will be based on the presumption that the abilities of the candidates taking the exam in each session were distributed equally, which is supported by the number of students who took the exam's multi-session papers. Also, every session receives the same number of candidates in terms of both order and magnitude.

The below-mentioned formula will be used for the normalisation of scores

GATE 2023 Scorecard

The official website will host the GATE 2023 Scorecard. Candidates who passed the GATE 2023 exams will be able to download their scorecards via a link on the official website.
