The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEE) has begun accepting applications for the Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test (PUMDET) 2023 for Postgraduate Courses. Candidates who want to register for PUMDET 2023 can do so at the official website. The registration deadline for PUMDET 2023 is February 21, 2023. The PUMDET 2023 exam will most likely be held on July 9, 2023.
From February 23 to 24, 2023, registered candidates can make changes to their PUMDET 2023 application. Candidates should keep in mind, however, that the candidate's name, father's name, mother's name, gender, domicile, and date of birth cannot be changed under any circumstances. The university will issue admit card to registered candidates after the correction window closes.

Visit the official website.
Now click on PUMDET on the homepage.
Click on the 'Apply for PUMDET 2023' link.
Now, register with the required details.
Then log in with your registered ID and password.
Fill up the form, upload the required documents, and pay the fee.
Submit the form.
Take a printout for later use.
Marking Scheme For PUMDET 2023
According to the news bulletin, all PUMDET 2023 papers will include Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type questions. The question paper is of 100 marks and contains 50 questions. Candidates will get 1.5 hours to finish the exam.
All questions will have four answer options.
Only one option is correct.
Every right answer carries 2 (two) marks.
Every wrong answer will get a negative marking of (-1/2) or 25% marks.
If there is a combination of responses with more than one option, even if it contains the correct option, the answer will be treated as incorrect and a negative marking of (-1/2) i.e. 25% will be done.
No marks will be given for unattempted questions.
