The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya has introduced two full-time residential MBA programmes. MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management and MBA in Digital Business Management are two of the new IIM Bodh Gaya programmes. The inaugural batches of IIM Bodh Gaya programmes will begin in the last week of June 2023 for the following academic year, 2023-24. This academic session, there are 90 seats available for Digital Business Management and 60 seats available for Hospital and Healthcare Management.

According to an IIM Bodh Gaya statement, admission to MBA programmes in Hospital and Healthcare Management and Digital Business Management will begin next week, with eligible CAT 2022 candidates given a 15-day window to register and apply.

According to the statement, EoI forms will be available until the first week of February, after which time candidates will be shortlisted for personal interviews. The final admission merit list will be compiled using the CAT score, PI score, and academic profile rating.

According to an official statement, the Hospital and Healthcare Management programme at IIM Bodh Gaya will follow a curriculum and pedagogy that addresses the growing demand for professionally trained human resources to take on managerial and leadership roles across various verticals of the healthcare industry, such as hospitals, health insurance, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, as well as IT and consulting.

According to IIM Bodh Gaya, the Digital Business Management programme is designed to meet the requirements for Industry 4.0, which are linked to the rapid adoption of digital technologies and the disruption of business models.

Both IIM Bodh Gaya MBA programmes aim to provide participants with a one-of-a-kind hands-on learning experience over a four-month period of industry immersion.
