Trevor Noah hosted the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, which were held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena for the first time.
Jon Batiste had the most nominations (eleven) and the most awards (five). The Grammy Awards are given out by the Recording Academy to honour achievements in the music industry. The first Grammy Awards ceremony was held on May 4, 1959, to commemorate and recognise the musical achievements of singers in the year 1958. The award features a golden phonograph.
