Description

The application window for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 will close on March 31. Engineering students can access the jeemain.nta.nic website and complete the JEE Main 2022 application form. Once the application form is submitted, the administering body, National Testing Agency (NTA), will not allow any changes to the JEE Main 2022 registration form.

The JEE Main 2022 exam, which will take place between April 21 and May 4, will be conducted in shifts. Optional questions, which were introduced last year, will continue in JEE Main 2022, however there will be a change this year: these questions will be marked negatively.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about the JEE Main 2022 registration process.

Required documents:-

These are the documents required:

  • A scanned copy of the photograph in JPG or JPEG format, with a file size of 10 to 200 kb.
  • Scanned signature in JPG or JPEG format, with a file size of between 4 and 30 kb.
  • Upload scans of documents pertaining to the relevant reserve category, if applicable. They should have a file size of between 50 and 300 kb.

JEE Mains 2022 application form date:-

The last date to apply for JEE Main 2022 is March 31.

Eligibility criteria for JEE Mains 2022 application form:-

As per JEE Main 2022 eligibility criteria, there is no age limit for the candidates. “The candidates who have passed the class 12/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021, or appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) 2022 examination,” the NTA said.

“However, the candidates may be required to fulfill the age criteria of the Institute(s) in which they are desirous of taking admission,” it further said.

Applicants should keep in mind that the correction window to change and edit the registration form will not be available when filling out the JEE Main 2022 application form online. According to an official declaration, no correctional facility will be provided at any time under any circumstances.

JEE Main 2022 will be held in Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu in addition to Hindi, English, and Gujarati, the official statement said.

The Application window for Session 2 will be re-opened later on after the completion of JEE Main session 1.
