Description
The discrepancies on the Class 10 Odia paper have been cleared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The students' corrected grades have been sent to the appropriate schools. As a result of this review of CBSE Class 10 term 1 results, a total of 28,310 students have benefited.
Students who took the Odia language paper in term 1 have previously complained about discrepancies in the answer keys. Following the receipt of the representations, CBSE formed an expert committee to investigate the anomalies noted in the representation.
"The Committee presented its report at 6.00 PM on 14.03.2022 and, based on the report of the expert committee, the CBSE has evaluated the OMRs of Odia Class-X with the proper answer key accepted by the expert committee," according to an official release. The amended student performance has now been given to the affected schools for the students' notice."
CBSE noted, "A total of 28310 students have benefited as a result of this modification."
For term 1 examinations, the CBSE has also made the online dispute resolution system available. The facility will be open till the 26th of March. Disputes over CBSE term 1 result scores, on the other hand, would be resolved throughout the verification process and after the announcement of term 2 results, according to CBSE.
