On May 15, 16, and 17, 2022, the Common Admission Test (CUSAT CAT) 2022 will be held at the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). Registration for the test has begun, and the deadline to apply is March 7 for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, except for PhD, MTech, and Diploma programmes. Candidates can, however, apply until March 14 if they pay the late fee.

Candidates for M.Tech can apply till April 21, and after that until April 30 if they pay a fee.

All courses, with the exception of PhD and Diploma, can be applied for through the common admission portal, admissions.cusat.ac.in. Candidates for PhD and Diploma programmes must apply through their respective departments.

Candidates for MBA programmes must have valid KMAT, CMAT, or CAT scores. Other MBA admissions criteria include group discussions and interviews.

"For M.Tech programmes, candidates with a valid GATE score in the relevant subject will be given preference." "In the absence of candidates with valid GATE scores, candidates without GATE scores will be admitted based on their performance in the Department Admission Test (DAT) to be conducted by the Departments concerned," the university stated.
