The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the document verification schedule for UGCET 2021 or KCET 2021. Candidates must complete the verification process between September 30 and November 28 in order to be admitted to professional courses in Karnataka.

Candidates who have been allocated rankings in the KCET 2021 must register and verify their documents at the nearest helpline or facilitation centre according to the schedule. In addition to other documents required for the verification process, they must present their KCET 2021 admission ticket and a valid photo ID.
“An Interaction Session will be conducted at all helpline centres. At this stage candidates will be briefed about the procedure to be followed by the candidate in exercising options, allotment of seats, payment of fees and reporting to the college. This will be like a training class to the candidates to familiarize themselves on entry of options and procedure to be followed for such entry of options till their admissions to the college,” the KEA said.
Documents include the following:
1. Printout of the KCET 2021 application form in its final form
2. Admission ticket or admit card for KCET 2021
3. A hard copy of the SSLC or a copy of the Class 10 report card
4. Hard copy of 2nd PUC or Class 12 marks card (if result is pending, provisional marks card signed by school principals). The marks card downloaded from the internet will not be accepted.)
5. The concerned BEO or DDPI countersigns a seven-year study certificate.
6. Marks card for NATA 2021 (for Architecture course)
7. If applicable, a certificate of income
8. If appropriate, a Kannada medium certificate
9. If applicable, a certificate of rural studies
10. If necessary, a proof of caste/caste income
11. Region of Hyderabad-Karnataka (Article 371 j) (for candidates claiming reservation)
12. Parents' certificate (s) for candidates claiming government seat eligibility based on the parent's domicile, education, or occupation.
13. Affidavit of the candidate claiming Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses C and D eligibility
14. For candidates claiming eligibility for government seats under the Jammu and Kashmiri Migrants quota, the Jurisdictional Deputy Commissioner, District Magistrate, or Rehabilitation Commissioner issues an identification card.
