Manipal Academy of Higher Education will release a revised MET Counseling Schedule for 2021. A revised MET Counseling Schedule for 2021, Round 3 onwards, is being published in conjunction with the approval of the new MIT College of Engineering campus. According to the notice released, the All India Council for Technical Education has approved the opening of a new MIT Bangalore engineering campus - Manipal Institute of Technology in Bangalore. The campus will also be part of the 2021 MET counseling, so the authorities will soon publish the revised schedule on the official MET Consultation website.

MAHE previously released the full MET 2021 consultation schedule for all seven rounds. Out of seven rounds, counseling was conducted in 2 rounds. The seat allocation results for MET 2021 Consultants for Round 1 were announced on July 21, 2021, and the seat allocation results for Round 2 were announced on August 4, 2021. Registration for the Round 3 counseling was supposed to start on August 11, 2021, but the dates were revised and the new schedule will be released soon.

The MET counseling process will be conducted online in seven rounds. Students who have passed the entrance exams and are eligible for the counseling process will first need to complete consultation applications, after which they will be allocated seats based on the preferences entered.

Students must first go through the registration process, after which they must indicate their chosen options on the application form. The institution will conduct new registrations for meteorological advice starting with the 3rd round.
