Units & their Weightage

Conditions of eligibility for admission to class X.

1. Candidates who have been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.

2. Candidates can not take admission directly in class X.

3. Candidates had completed a regular course of study for class IX and passed class IX examination from a school affilicated to this Board.

4. The candidates percentage for attendance should be 75% so that the Board to make him/her eligible for the Examinations.

5. Candidate can be admitted to a school only on the transfer of the parents(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another, after procuring from the student the marksheet and the Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board concerned.

6. There is no age limit for candidates taking the Examination. 

7. Candidate should have doucments in support of his having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.

1. This paper is consists of Six Sections. Section - A, B, C, D, E, F, G.

2. Total  9 Questions is in this paper.

3. Section A - carries 10 marks and is based on Objective Type Question. 

4. This Part also devided in 2 sub sections - a. English Main course Prose, b. supplementary literature.

5. Total 10 sub questions in this part. each question carries 1 marks.

6. Section B - carries 10 marks and is based on Reading Skills. There will be 1 questions in this section.

7. Section C will be 30 Marks and Based on Text books (Prose, Poetry & Supplementary). There will be 3 question in this Section.

8. Question no. 3 will be also devided two sub parts. (i). carry 9 marks and (ii). carry 5 marks.

9. Section D carries 4 marks and is based on Vocabulary. There will be 1 questions in this section.

10. Section E carries 8 marks and is based on Translation. There will be 1 questions in this section.

11. Section F carries 12 marks and is based on Grammer. There will be 1 questions in this section.

12. Section G carries 16 marks and is based on Writting Skill. There will be 1 questions in this section.
