Eligibility
Conditions of eligibility for admission to class X.
1. Candidates who have been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.
2. Candidates can not take admission directly in class X.
3. Candidates had completed a regular course of study for class IX and passed class IX examination from a school affilicated to this Board.
4. The candidates percentage for attendance should be 75% so that the Board to make him/her eligible for the Examinations.
5. Candidate can be admitted to a school only on the transfer of the parents(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another, after procuring from the student the marksheet and the Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board concerned.
6. There is no age limit for candidates taking the Examination.
7. Candidate should have doucments in support of his having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.

ANALYSIS
1. This paper is consists of Three Sections. Section A, Section B and Section C.
2. Total 11 Questions is in this paper.
3. Section A - carries 20 marks and is based on Reading. There will be 2 questions in this section.
4. Question no.1 will be 08 Marks. Its relate to Unseen Passage of 200 words with four Comprehensive questions.
5. Question no.2 will be 12 Marks. Its relate to Unseen Passage of 300 words with six Comprehensive questions.
6. Section B - carries 30 marks and is based on Writing & Grammer. There will be 5 questions in this section.
7. Question no. 3 will be 08 marks and its relate to Letter Writing (One Letter either formal or Imformal in about 100 words).
8. Question no. 4 will be 08 marks and its relate to Paragraph Writing.
9. Question no. 5 is based on use in Non Finits, Sentence Connectors, Clause, Past Tense . It will be 06 marks.
10. Question numbers 6 and 7 carry 4 marks for Each question.Q.No.-6 based on use of mode and Q.No.-7 is based on Transformation.
11. Section C will be 30 Marks and Based on Text books (Prose, Poetry & Supplementary). There will be 4 question in this Section.
12. Prose:- In thisPart have 2 Sub Questions.-a).- One Passsage with four Comprehensive questions (4 Marks), b).- One Out of two Questions from any one of the Prose Lesson (6 Marks).
13. Poetry:- In this Part Have 2 Questions 9 & 10. Question no. 9 is One extract from a Poem followed by four questions (4 Marks). Question no. 10 is Two out of Three Short type questions to be answered in 20-30 words (6 Marks).
14. Supplementary Reader:- In thisPart have 2 Sub Questions.-a).- One out of two questions to evaluate and analyse Character, Plot and Situation (8 Marks), b).- One Out of two Short Answer Type Questions (2 Marks).
