Conditions of eligibility for admission to class XI
1. Candidates who have been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.
2. Candidates can not take admission directly in class XI.
3. Candidates had completed a regular course of study for class X and passed class X examination from a school affilicated to this Board.
4. The candidates percentage for attendance should be 75% so that the Board to make him/her eligible for the Examinations.
5. Candidate can be admitted to a school only on the transfer of the parents(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another, after procuring from the student the marksheet and the Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board concerned.
6. There is no age limit for candidates taking the Examination.
7. Candidate should have doucments in support of his having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.

4. Question no. 1 is based on a multiple choice question related to poetry. 13 marks are allotted for this question.
5. Question no. 2 is based on context interpretation related to poetry. 4 marks are allotted for this question.
6. Question no. 3 is based on a multiple choice question related to prose. 13 marks are allotted for this question.
7. Question number 4 is based on context interpretation related to prose. 4 marks are allotted for this question.
8. Question no. 5 is based on a multiple choice question related to expression and medium. 4 marks are allotted for this question.
9. Question numbers 6, 11 and 12 carry 10 marks, question numbers 7 and 9 carry 4 marks and question numbers 8 and 10 carry 2 marks.

1. There are total 9 questions in this part. All questions are compulsory and some questions have internal choice.
2. Preference will be given to correct, meaningful and reasoned answers.
3. In case of spelling errors and digressions, penalty can be given by giving less or zero marks.
4. Question no. 1 is based on a multiple choice question related to poetry. 18 marks are allotted for this question.
5. Question no. 2 is based on context interpretation related to poetry. 5 marks are allotted for this question.
6. Question No. 3 Poetry related question is based on answers. 4 marks are allotted for this question.
