Scholarship General Information
GeneTex believes in accelerating scientific advancement and the notion that the genesis of future discoveries begins with the support of young scientists now. The GeneTex Scholarship Program will award a $2, 000 (USD) scholarship to students pursuing a STEM undergraduate or graduate degree.
The scholarship will be awarded to one student twice a year.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Student in good standing and enrolled at an accredited college or university.
2. Declared STEM major.
3. Open to international students.
The National Science Foundation defines STEM majors as life sciences, physical sciences, social sciences, computer sciences and mathematics.
Award Amount
1. The Gene Tex Scholarship Program will award a USD 2, 000 (INR 1, 67, 729) scholarship to students pursuing a STEM undergraduate or graduate degree.
2. Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the university at which the recipient is enrolled. The university will then distribute the funds to the recipient.

Application Fee
No Separate Application or Fee is Required to get the scholarship, it will be automatically considered, once you enrolled for the program.
Application Procedure
1. Please download, complete, and return the application form and supporting documents (i.e., transcripts, letter of acceptance for incoming or transfer students, etc.) to scholarship@genetex.com.
2. Please review your application form prior to submitting it to ensure that it is complete.
3. Include your application and all required documents in one email.
Supporting documents-
1. We require your most recent transcript (an unofficial transcript is acceptable) to show that you are in good academic standing.
2. If you are an incoming university student or transfer student, please provide a letter of acceptance or some equivalent form of documentation to show that you will be attending that university.

Selection Process
1. Each eligible application will be reviewed by a committee of three to five GeneTex employees.
2. The selection of the scholarship recipient will be based on the committee's determination of the application that best aligns with GeneTex's values and mission statement.
