Applications are invited for CybageKhushboo Scholarship program. This is an initiative by Khushboo Charitable Trust to support needy students who face financial constraints to pursue their higher education. This program is solely based on the academic performance of the students and the desire to complete their studies.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for this scholarship program include the following:
1. The applicant must have passed 10th and 12th standard with minimum 60%.
2. The total annual income of the family should be less than 3 lacs.
3. The scholarship will be renewed on a yearly basis only.
4. The applicant needs to submit mark sheet and fee structure to get the scholarship for next year.
5. The scholarship will be discontinued in case the student fails in any subject during the academic year.
6. The form should be clearly and completely filled.
7. All the information/questions are mandatory to fill.
8. Trust will not consider the form, which is not filled properly.

Application Procedure
The application form for the CybageKhushboo Scholarship Program is available on http://www.cybage.com. It can also be collected from the Cybage Software offices in Pune and Gandhinagar. Documents to be attached with this form:

The process to approve the scholarship to the applicant:
1. Scrutinizing the forms
2. Documents verification
3. Applicant’s interview
4. Home visit
5. Assessment of fees

Selection Process
1. The online submitted application forms are sort and the forms of eligible students are selected.
2. Khushboo Charitable Trust conducts interviews for the selected students. The representatives call the selected students to confirm their interview date, time, and place. (Do not follow up or call to know the status of your application).
3.Trust arranges home visits of the selected students. Khushboo Charitable Trust representatives call the selected students to confirm their home visit date and time. Parents or guardian must be present at the time of the home visit. All documents must be ready for verification (For example, rent agreement, passbook, and other educational documents).
4. After receiving the information about college and expected fee amount, final selection is completed. Students should send the fee structure received from college to csr_team@cybage.com
5. Khushboo Charitable Trust invites the selected students along with their parents for the scholarship distribution program.
6. The scholarship amount distributed to students is between the range of 50‐80% depending on the fee structure of the student’s course.

The student is required to submit the following documents for the renewal of their scholarship.
Results of both the semesters of the previous year
Fee paid receipt of the previous year
Fee structure of the current year
Note: Please attach the above document as PDF file with size less than 500KB.
Please note that your scholarship will be discontinued for the following reasons:
If the student has a Year Drop (YD)
If the student has any ATKT or backlog for the academic year
Note: After clearing all the backlogs, the scholarship will be continued after revaluation.
Please note that the scholarship will be Discontinued, in case of any failure to submit the required documents.
