Other Info

The Mohan T. Advani Centennial Scholarship Programme has been launched by the Blue Star Foundation, the CSR arm of one of India’s leading enterprises, Blue Star Ltd. The primary aim of this scholarship is to support meritorious students from economically weaker sections in pursuing higher education, particularly in the fields of Engineering, Architecture, and Interior Design. It is specifically designed for students who are academically strong but face financial constraints that hinder their educational journey.

This scholarship programme not only offers financial assistance but also provides career guidance, mentorship, and industry exposure, helping students prepare for both academic and professional success. The scholarship amount can go up to ₹75,000 or cover 50% of the tuition fees (whichever is lower), and the disbursal is made directly to the institution or, in some cases, to the student’s bank account.

The Blue Star Foundation believes that education is a right, not a privilege, and that no deserving student should fall behind due to financial hardship. The scholarship is granted through a transparent selection process, which includes college recommendations, application review, and personal interviews. Selected students may also receive ongoing support in the form of professional networking and career-building opportunities.

If you are a student in the first or second year of a technical or professional course and come from a low-income background, this scholarship could be a golden opportunity to achieve your academic and career goals.
