SSC JHT/JT EXAM 2023
Only those candidates are eligible for SSC JHT/JT Paper- II Examination, who have qualified SSC JHT/JT Paper- I Examination with the Qualifying Marks as per Staff Selection Commission.

Resolution of Ties
In cases where more than one candidate secure the equal aggregate marks in Paper-I + Paper-II, tie will be resolved by applying the following methods one after another:
1- Total marks in Paper-II.
2- Marks in Part (i) of Paper-I (i.e. General Hindi)
3- Date of birth, with older candidates placed higher
4- Alphabetical order of the names of the candidates.
SSC JHT/JT: IMPORTANT FACTS
1- Based on the marks scored in the Paper-I i.e. Computer Based Examination, candidates will be shortlisted, category-wise, to appear in Paper-II.
2- If the Computer Based Examination is conducted in multiple shifts, normalized marks will be used to determine merit.
3- Based on the performance in Paper-I+Paper-II, candidates will be shortlisted for Document Verification.
4- Final selection and allocation of Ministries/ Departments will be made on the basis of the performance of candidates in Paper-I+Paper-II and the preference of Posts/ Departments exercised by them at the time of Document Verification.
5- A compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination will be provided to the persons who are allowed use of scribe
