The following documents should be kept ready before filling the application form of SSC JHT:
1- Mobile number (to be verified through OTP)
2- Email ID (to be verified through OTP)
3- Aadhaar Number or Aadhaar Enrollment Number
4- Information about the Board, Roll Number, and Year of Passing of Class 10
5- Scanned photograph
6- Scanned signature
7- If Aadhaar Card is not provided, candidates need to upload Left-hand Thumb Impression (LTI)
8- Disability Certificate (If any)
STEPS TO FILL SSC JHT/JT ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
The application form comprises two parts: Registration and Filling online application form. Candidates can follow the steps below to fill the application form:
Part I: SSC JHT/JT Registration
Step 1: For one-time registration, candidates need to click on ‘Register Now’ link on SSC website
Step 2: During the registration process, candidates need to enter: Basic Details, Additional Details and Contact Details and upload the scanned images of photograph, signature and LTI
Step 3: After submitting the basic details, candidates are required to confirm their mobile number and email ID
Step 4: On confirmation of details, the registration number and password will be provided to candidates
Step 5: Candidates need to read the declaration and click ‘I Agree’ button
Part II: Online application form
Step 1: Login to online system through your registration number and password
Step 2: Click the apply link under the latest notifications tab
Step 3: Some fields will be filled automatically from one-time registration
Step 4: Candidates need to give their preferences for exam centers
Step 5: Enter educational qualification
Step 6: Complete your declaration by clicking on ‘I agree’ checkbox
Step 7: Preview and verify the details in the application form
Step 8: Candidates need to proceed to make fee payment
Step 9: The last step is to take printouts of the confirmation page, after successful payment of SSC JHT/JT application fees.

The application fees can be paid through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit card or in cash at SBI Branches by generating the Challan.
