Are marks obtained in Phase I considered for final selection?	Marks obtained in Phase I will only be used for shortlisting the candidates for Phase-II examination process and will not be counted for the final selection of the candidates.

The SEBI Grade A Assistant Manager is an entry-level job in the SEBI. The growth path takes a candidate from Grade B, Grade C, Grade D, Grade E, Grade F to the top level of an Executive Director. Furthermore, the Executive Director can be promoted to the post of Chairman. Promotions are dependent on the existence of roles, openings, operational work, etc. However, it will take at least 5-6 years to be promoted from one post to another.
