NABARD GRADE B EXAM
The Recruitment process will be held in three phases [Phase-I-Preliminary Examination (Objective), Phase-II Main Examination (Descriptive and Objective) and Phase-III – Personal Interview]. Preliminary examination is only qualifying in nature and is meant to serve as a screening test. The candidates who qualify and rank sufficiently high as decided by the bank, shall be called for appearing in the Main Examination.
NABARD GRADE B EXAM PATTERN
In the Preliminary phase of NABARD Grade A examination, total of 200 questions are asked out of which only 100 questions shall be assessed for merit calculation. The rest 100 questions are of qualifying nature only. A composite time of 120 minutes will be allotted for attempting all the 200 questions.

NABARD GRADE B MODE OF EXAMINATION
In the Preliminary phase of NABARD Grade B examination, shall be conducted through online mode. The test shall be an online computer based with objective type multiple choice in nature.
NABARD GRADE B MEDIUM OF EXAMINATION
The Questions in the examination will be available bilingually, i.e., English & Hindi.
NABARD GRADE B MARKING SCHEME
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidate.
1. For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
2. Cut-offs in Phase-I may be applied in two stages: (i) On scores in individual tests, (ii) On Total Score.

NABARD GRADE B MODE OF EXAMINATION
In the Preliminary phase of NABARD Grade B examination, shall be conducted through online mode. The test shall be an online computer based with objective type multiple choice in nature.
NABARD GRADE B MEDIUM OF EXAMINATION
The Questions in the examination will be available bilingually, i.e., English & Hindi.
NABARD GRADE B MARKING SCHEME
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidate.
1. For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
2. Cut-offs in Phase-I may be applied in two stages: (i) On scores in individual tests, (ii) On Total Score.

NABARD GRADE B EXAM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
1. Post Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate.
2. Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels OR
3. A minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, and a professional degree, viz., CA/ CS/ ICWA OR
4. A minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG and Ph.D.
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ experience (SC/PWBD - 02 years) in related sectors viz., Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied and Rural Development is essential. Experience will be reckoned post minimum educational qualification (i.e. PG).
NOTE: All educational qualifications should have been obtained from Universities/ Institutions incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section – 3 of UGC Act 1956.
CONVERSIONS TO PERCENTAGE
1.
