NABARD GRADE B EXAM PATTERN
NABARD Grade B Main Examination is both a combination of Online Objective & Descriptive Type questions. The exam Pattern is different for different posts. Paper I - General English is common for all posts.

In Paper II & III, Descriptive Answers to be typed using keyboard either in English or Hindi (Remington and In script keyboards).
NABARD GRADE B MARKING SCHEME
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidate in Objective Type Questions only.
1. For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
2. Cut-offs in Phase-II may be applied in two stages: (i) On scores in individual tests, (ii) On Total Score.
NABARD GRADE B INTERVIEW
1. Interview for Manager Grade B RDBS will be held for 75 Marks.
2. Only such candidates who score the minimum cut off marks or above in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for interview.
3. The calling Ratio for qualifying for the main examination and interview would be a maximum of 1:25 and 1:3, respectively.
NABARD GRADE B RESOLUTION OF TIES
1. Among the candidates having equal marks in total (Main examination + interview taken together), the candidate with higher marks in Main Examination will be ranked higher.
2. In case of having equal marks in Main Examination, candidate with higher qualification or in case of similar qualification, candidate with higher marks in graduation will be ranked higher.
3. In case of further tie-up, the candidate senior in age will be ranked higher.

Candidates willing to apply for NABARD Grade B Examination are required to fulfil certain conditions to be eligible for it. The candidate who does not satisfy the Eligibility criteria like Age, Minimum educational qualification etc., their candidature shall be rejected by the authorities. The criteria for eligibility NABARD Grade B are decided by the conduction body itself.
The candidate’s eligibility for NABARD Grade B Examination is based on the fulfilment of the following conditions :-

NABARD GRADE B EXAM NATIONALITY
Only Indian citizen are eligible to for NABARD Grade B examination.
NABARD GRADE B EXAM AGE LIMIT & RELAXATION
The candidate must have attained the age of 25 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years.

NABARD GRADE B EXAM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
1. Post Graduate degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/PWBD applicants 55%) in aggregate
2. Candidates should have a minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG, MBA/PGDM at all levels OR
3. A minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, and a professional degree, viz., CA/ CS/ ICWA OR
4. A minimum 60% or equivalent in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG and Ph.D.
Experience: Minimum 03 years’ experience (SC/PWBD - 02 years) in related sectors viz., Banking, Finance, Agriculture & Allied and Rural Development is essential. Experience will be reckoned post minimum educational qualification (i.e. PG).
NOTE: All educational qualifications should have been obtained from Universities/ Institutions incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section – 3 of UGC Act 1956.
CONVERSIONS TO PERCENTAGE
1. Percentage of marks for the purpose of Educational Qualification will be with reference to the total marks obtained by the applicant in all the papers of the examination(s) that are considered for award of the graduation / postgraduate or other equivalent degree, as the case may be, by the concerned University.
Some Universities/Institutes do not award Class or percentage of marks and allot Aggregate Grade Points (e.g. CGPA/OGPA/CPI, etc.). In case University/Institute defines criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and/or percentage of marks, the same will be accepted. However, where the University/Institute does not define criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and/or percentage of marks, the undefined parameter(s) would be worked out as under:

2. Aggregate Grade Point or percentage of marks wherever awarded would mean aggregate over the entire duration of the course.

CONVERSIONS TO PERCENTAGE
1. Percentage of marks for the purpose of Educational Qualification will be with reference to the total marks obtained by the applicant in all the papers of the examination(s) that are considered for award of the graduation / postgraduate or other equivalent degree, as the case may be, by the concerned University.
Some Universities/Institutes do not award Class or percentage of marks and allot Aggregate Grade Points (e.g. CGPA/OGPA/CPI, etc.). In case University/Institute defines criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and/or percentage of marks, the same will be accepted. However, where the University/Institute does not define criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and/or percentage of marks, the undefined parameter(s) would be worked out as under:
