Mode of Examination:
In the Preliminary phase of the NABARD Grade A examination shall be conducted through online mode. The test shall be an online computer based with both objective type multiple choice and Descriptive Type Questions.
Medium of Examination:
The Questions in the examination will be available bilingually English & Hindi Languages.
Marking Scheme:
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidate in Objective Type Questions only.
1. For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
2. Cut - offs in Phase- II may be applied in two stages:
(i) On scores in individual tests
(ii) On Total Score.
3. Since the vacancies are earmarked discipline wise, a merit list of candidates for each stage will be prepared discipline wise.
INTERVIEW:
1. Interview for RDBS / Rajbhasha will be held for 50 Marks.
2. Only such candidates who score the minimum cut - off marks or above in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for interview.
RESOLUTION OF TIES:
In case of candidates secure same marks, their ranking will be decided as under:
1. Amongst the candidates having equal marks in total (Main examination + interview taken together), the candidate with higher marks in Main Examination will be ranked higher.
2. In case of having equal marks in Main Examination, the candidate with higher qualification or in case of similar qualification, candidate with higher marks in graduation will be ranked higher. In case of further tie-up, the candidate senior in age will be ranked higher.

Mode of Examination:
In the Preliminary phase of the NABARD Grade A examination shall be conducted through online mode. The test shall be an online computer based with both objective type multiple choice and Descriptive Type Questions.
Medium of Examination:
The Questions in the examination will be available bilingually English & Hindi Languages.
Marking Scheme:
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidate in Objective Type Questions only.
1. For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
2. Cut - offs in Phase- II may be applied in two stages:
(i) On scores in individual tests
(ii) On Total Score.
3. Since the vacancies are earmarked discipline wise, a merit list of candidates for each stage will be prepared discipline wise.
INTERVIEW:
1. Interview for RDBS / Rajbhasha will be held for 50 Marks.
2. Only such candidates who score the minimum cut - off marks or above in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for interview.
RESOLUTION OF TIES:
In case of candidates secure same marks, their ranking will be decided as under:
1. Amongst the candidates having equal marks in total (Main examination + interview taken together), the candidate with higher marks in Main Examination will be ranked higher.
2. In case of having equal marks in Main Examination, the candidate with higher qualification or in case of similar qualification, candidate with higher marks in graduation will be ranked higher. In case of further tie-up, the candidate senior in age will be ranked higher.

ASSISTANT MANAGER IN GRADE 'A' (RAJBHASHA):
1. Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in English or Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PWBD applicants - 55%) or equivalent in aggregate.
and
2. PG Diploma in Translation (minimum one year) in Hindi to English and vice - versa from any recognized University.
Note- Candidates must have studied English and Hindi as subjects in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course.
OR
Master’s Degree in HINDI with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate (SC / ST / PWBD applicants – 55%). Candidates must have studied English as main/ elective subject in at least 02 years of bachelor’s degree course.

1. Some Universities / Institutes do not award Class or percentage of marks and allot Aggregate Grade Points (e.g. CGPA / OGPA / CPI etc.). In case University / Institute defines criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and / or percentage of marks, the same will be accepted. However, where the University / Institute does not define criteria for conversion of Aggregate Grade Point into Class and / or percentage of marks, the undefined parameter(s) would be worked out as under:
