IBPS RRB OFFICER MAINS EXAM
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Regional Rural Bank, popularly known as IBPS RRB is a national-level exam conducted by IBPS to recruit the candidates who are willing to fill vacancies for various posts in RRBs across India. Recruitment is carried out for the following Group A and B posts.
Note:- The Main Examination is held only for the post of Officer Scale I. For Officer Scale-II & III, a single Examination is held.
To be eligible for the IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Main Examination, candidates need to qualify for the IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Preliminary Examination with the required cut-off as decided by the IBPS authority.
An adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IBPS depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for Online Main Examination.
IBPS RRB OFFICER MAINS EXAM PATTERN
IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Main Examination shall be held as an Objective Type Online Computer Based Test. The Examination shall consist of total of 200 questions and total of 200 Marks. The total duration of the examination shall be 120 Minutes.

IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Main Examination shall be held as an Objective Type Online Computer Based Test. The Examination shall consist of total of 200 questions and total of 200 Marks. The total duration of the examination shall be 120 Minutes.

IBPS RRB OFFICER MAINS MARKING SCHEME
1. For each Wrong answer given by the candidate, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty to arrive at a corrected score.
2. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
IBPS RRB OFFICER MAINS INTERVIEW
1. Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for the post of Officers Scale I and in the single level examination for the post of Officers Scale II and III under CRP- RRB- X will subsequently be called for an Interview.
2. The total marks allotted for the Interview are 100.
3. The minimum qualifying marks/scores in interviews for Officers Scale I, II, and III will be as per extant guidelines.
4. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Online Main Examination for the post of Officers Scale I and in the Single Level Examination for the post of Officers Scale II and III under CRP for RRBs- X and Interview.
Note:- While appearing for the Interview, the candidate should produce valid prescribed documents.

IBPS RRB OFFICER MAINS EXAM
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Regional Rural Bank, popularly known as IBPS RRB is a national-level exam conducted by IBPS to recruit the candidates who are willing to fill vacancies for various posts in RRBs across India. Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for the post of Officers Scale I and in the single level examination for the post of Officers Scale II and III under CRP- RRB- X will subsequently be called for an Interview to be co-ordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority.

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Regional Rural Bank, popularly known as IBPS RRB is a national-level exam conducted by IBPS to recruit the candidates who are willing to fill vacancies for various posts in RRBs across India. Recruitment is carried out for the following Group A and B posts. The IBPS RRB exam is held to fill vacancies for posts of Officers and Office Assistants. Recruitment of IBPS RRB occurs at two levels of officers in Group A: Level I (Assistant Manager), Level II (Manager), Level III (Senior Manager), and Office Assistants in Group B: Multi-Purpose Office Assistants.
Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test of Online. Main Examination to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, an adequate number of candidates in each category not exceeding three times of the declared vacancies in each state shall be called for interview, subject to availability. IBPS RRB Officer 2023: Who Can Apply
Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate applying for the IBPS RRB Officer exam must be either –
(i) a Citizen of India or
(ii) a subject of Nepal or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan or
(iv) a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit:
There is an upper and lower age limit set by the IBPS for candidates who wish to appear for the IBPS RRB Exam. The age limit varies according to the scale of the officers. The IBPS RRB age limit for general category candidates according to the posts are given below:
For Officer Scale – III (Senior Manager) – Above 21 years – Below 40 years.
For Officer Scale-II (Manager) – Above 21 years – Below 32 years.

Educational Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the IBPS RRB exam must note that the IBPS has laid down several educational criteria depending on the post for which a candidate is applying. There are different sets of educational qualifications required for posts such as Officer Scale- I, II and III and Office Assistant, but candidates applying for any of the posts mentioned above must hold a degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.

IBPS RRB Officer 2023: Scheme of Exam
1. There will be 200 questions for IBPS RRB Officer Scale I.
2. The time duration is 120 minutes for IBPS RRB Officer Scale I.
3. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer, with no deduction for unanswered questions.
4. The questions will be of an Objective type.

IBPS RRB Officer 2023: Admission to Examination Centres
1. Candidates must not forget to take their admit card with ID proof and 2 recent colored photographs.
2. No use of electronic items, books, or watches allowed inside the examination hall.
3. Candidates should reach the examination center 1 hour prior to the commencement of the exam.
4. A rough sheet will be provided at the examination hall.
