About Course 

Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management or PGP-HR is a two-year postgraduate programme. The program is designed to produce thoughtful and skilled HR professionals.  Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management will equip the candidates with strategies related to identifying and resolving some global management issues such as culture, suppliers, competition, global markets and policies. HR Professionals are majorly hired by MNCs, Educational Institutions, Telecom Companies, Banks, Local Governments and Investment Companies. Their main responsibilities include recruiting new staff members, providing solutions to the team, planning and organizing events at the organization, posting job interviews, conducting interviews and providing training to the recruits.  HR professionals also coordinate with the senior managers to implement some necessary changes to the HR process in the organization. 

Admission Process 

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their scores in bachelor's degree and 12th examination or entrance examination. Selected candidates will be called for a personal interview/ group discussion or a written ability test. If a college conducts all the rounds for admission, candidates will have to perform well in all the rounds to get admission.
