BBA in HR or Bachelor’s in Business Administration in HR is a three-year undergraduate course that focuses on helping students learn skills and competencies in management-related areas such as remuneration, employee relations, recruiting, training, and development, career planning, and organizational performance. 

To be eligible for a BBA in HR course, students must pass entrance exams like NPAT, IPU CET, DU JAT, etc. In India, many of these courses are delivered both offline and online/distance modes of education.
