Eligibility

a. To pursue an undergraduate program, one needs to have completed 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board of education.

b. To go for a postgraduate course in textile design, the candidate must have completed graduation in the relevant field or discipline. The same qualification is required for an Advanced Diploma or a Post Graduate Diploma in Textile Design.

c. For a diploma program, an individual must have completed class 12 from a recognized board such as CBSE, ICSE, etc.

d. The minimum marks required in the qualifying exam vary from course to course and college to college. It may range anywhere between 50% to 60%.

e. Some institutes even have age criteria for admission to the textile design course. The upper age limit may be around 23 to 35 years depending on the course.
