The diploma in mechanical engineering is a three-year diploma degree program that deals with applications of Physics, manufacturing, analyzing, designing, dealing, and applying all the basic principles of machines. 2. AP POLYCET - The AP POLYCET is an objective-based entrance examination that is conducted by The State Board Of Technical Education & Training for admission to various diploma engineering courses. The students aspiring to get admission to top colleges in Andhra Pradesh must take this exam.

3. JEECUP - JEECUP or the  Joint Entrance Examination Council Of Uttar Pradesh is a state-level examination which gets conducted by The Uttar Pradesh Educational Council.
