About Course 

BSc Visual Communication, popularly known as BSc Viscom is an undergraduate degree course offered in the field of mass communication. Visual Communication is a medium to transmit ideas and information using imagery and symbols. This 3-year Bachelor’s degree can be pursued after completing HSC or equivalent from a recognised board. The programme is divided into 3 years and six semesters, usually. The chief components of the BSc Visual Communication course are advertising basics, human communication, script writing, copywriting, graphic design, design, etc.

After the successful completion of the course, the BSc Visual Communication graduates often opt for the MSc courses in different specializations like Mass Communication, marketing, advertising, broadcasting, etc. Sometimes, a graduate of this field chooses an MBA degree as a further study option.
