Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test are being conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). This state-level examination is the prerequisite for admission into various professional courses offered at University / Private Colleges in the state of Telangana and held once a year.
TS EAMCET EXAM PATTERN
TS EAMCET Examination will be held as an Objective Type Online Computer Based Test. The question paper will contain a total of 160 Questions and 160 Marks, being 1 mark for each question. The total duration of the examination will be 180 Minutes.

TS EAMCET MEDIUM OF EXAMINATION
The question paper contains questions in three optional languages,
1. English only
2. bilingual in English and Telugu
3. bilingual in English and Urdu
All the candidates who studied Urdu medium in qualifying examination may opt for the medium of test for any one of the three options
All other candidates including Telugu medium as a medium of instruction can opt for medium of the test as any one of the two options, English only or English and Telugu.
Note:- The candidates should note that in case of any discrepancy in the questions in bilingual papers, which may be because of ambiguity in translation, the English version of the question shall be treated as final.

Questions from the above-mentioned sections will be asked in the TS EAMCET Examination, where Physics comprises 40 Questions of 1 Mark each, Chemistry comprises 40 Questions of 1 Mark each, and Mathematics/ Biology comprises 80 Questions of 1 mark each summing up to 160 Questions and 160 Marks.
Marking Scheme Highlights:-
1. One mark will be allotted for each correct answer.
2. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
Normalisation of Marks :-
The main aim of the normalisation is to justify the candidates who got a difficult paper compared to an easier paper. Hence, the task is to rationalize in the best possible sense and rank the candidates based on the global performance.
Note:- For the candidates for whom there is no qualifying cut-off in TS EAMCET, if the marks in TS EAMCET after normalization goes below zero (negative), the mark is treated as zero. If the tie persists, then TS EAMCET normalization marks (though negative) are considered for resolving the tie.
TS EAMCET EXAMINATION QUALIFYING MARKS
The qualifying percentage of marks for the TS EAMCET is 25% of the maximum marks for consideration for ranking.
Note:- For candidates belonging to SC / ST, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed.

TELANGANA STATE ENGINEERING, AGRICULTURE, MEDICAL COMMON ENTRANCE TEST
Candidates willing to apply for TS EAMCET Examination are required to fulfill certain conditions to be eligible for it. The candidate who does not satisfy the Eligibility criteria like Age, Minimum educational qualification, etc., their candidature shall be rejected by the authorities.
The criteria for eligibility for TS EAMCET are decided by the conduction body itself.
The candidate’s eligibility for TS EAMCET Examination is based on the fulfillment of the following conditions:-

2. TS EAMCET Age Limit & Relaxations
3. TS EAMCET Educational Qualifications
TS EAMCET EXAMINATION NATIONALITY
1. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder.
2. Candidate should belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. The candidate should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
TS EAMCET EXAMINATION AGE LIMIT & RELAXATIONS
1. For Engineering and Pharmacy courses: Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as of 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
2. For B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), and B.Tech. (FT) : Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.
3. For For Pharm-D course: The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
4. For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture/B.Sc. (Forestry) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FT) courses: Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC / ST candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admission.
5. For B. Pharm Course: Candidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of Admissions or on such other date as may be notified by the CET Committee. There is no upper age limit.
6. For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates): Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course
TS EAMCET EXAMINATION EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
For Engineering, B.Pharmacy (M.P.C), B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (Food Technology) courses :
1. Candidate should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000-2002 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. OR
Candidate should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
2. Candidate should obtain at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects specified taken together at 10+2 pattern except for B. Pharmacy course Education.
For Pharm-D course:
Candidates should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as optional conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, as equivalent thereto or should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma Examination in Pharmacy course conducted by the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and training.

Candidates willing to apply for TS EAMCET Examination are required to fulfill certain conditions to be eligible for it. The candidate who does not satisfy the Eligibility criteria like Age, Minimum educational qualification, etc., their candidature shall be rejected by the authorities.
The criteria for eligibility for TS EAMCET are decided by the conduction body itself.
The candidate’s eligibility for TS EAMCET Examination is based on the fulfillment of the following conditions:-

TS EAMCET EXAMINATION NATIONALITY
1. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder.
2. Candidate should belong to the state of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. The candidate should satisfy Local / Non-Local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana / Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
TS EAMCET EXAMINATION AGE LIMIT & RELAXATIONS
1. For Engineering and Pharmacy courses: Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as of 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
2. For B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), and B.Tech. (FT) : Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.
3. For For Pharm-D course: The candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
4. For B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture / B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture/B.Sc. (Forestry) / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FT) courses: Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of SC / ST candidates as on 31st December of the year of Admission.
5. For B. Pharm Course: Candidates should have completed 16 years of age by the date of commencement of Admissions or on such other date as may be notified by the CET Committee. There is no upper age limit.
6. For Pharm –D Course (50% seats for M.P.C and 50% seats for Bi.P.C candidates): Candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission to the course

Candidate should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000-2002 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidate should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.

2- Filling of TS EAMCET application form: Next, the candidates have to fill the application form with their personal, contact, academic, and CET examination details.
i- Contact Details - Candidate's name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar card number/enrollment number, birth district, birth state, ration card number, the annual income of parents, caste category, minority/mon-minority, and bank details.
ii- Address Details - House no., village/street /locality, Mandal/town/city, district, state, pin code, mobile number, alternate mobile Number and telephone number, and email Id.
iii- Academic Details - Qualifying exam, the medium of instruction at the qualifying exam, SSC or equivalent (10th Class), intermediate or equivalent (10+2), and place of study.
3- Uploading scanned images of photograph and signature: Once all the details are entered successfully, candidates are required to upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature in the format specified by the authorities.

4- Print TS EAMCET application form: After submitting the application form of TS EAMCET, the candidates have to print it out for future use.

JNTU Kakinada will open the TS EAMCET correction window to edit/modify details in the application form. The window will remain active until a certain period of time. Candidates who have filled in the applications can make the corrections (if required) in online mode only. STEP 1- Visit the official website of TS EAMCET
STEP 2- Click on TS EAMCET hall ticket’.
STEP 3- On the login page, enter registration number, qualifying exam hall ticket number, and date of birth

Educational Qualification
For Engineering, B.Pharmacy (M.P.C), B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (Food Technology) courses :
1. Candidate should have passed or appeared for the final year of Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh, along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000-2002 onwards, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidate should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.

TS EAMCET 2023: Admission to the Examination Centres
1. Candidates are advised to carry a printed copy of Admit Card.
2. One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) for pasting on the specific space in the Attendance Sheet at the Centre during the Examination.
3. The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre two hours before the commencement of the examination so as to complete the frisking and registration formalities well before time. The registration desk will be closed 30 minutes prior to the examination.
4. The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.
5. Candidates should take their seats immediately after the opening of the Examination Hall. If the candidates do not report in time due to any reason i.e. traffic jam, train/bus delay etc, they are likely to miss some of the general instructions to be announced in the Examination Rooms/Halls.
6. A seat indicating Roll Number will be allotted to each candidate. Candidates should find and sit on their allocated seats only. In case of a candidate changes room/hall or the seat on his/her own other than the one allotted, the candidature shall be cancelled.
