Eligibility Criteria

NTA will conduct the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE) in CBT mode for admission to the B.Sc. Course in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (B.Sc. HHA) across the Country.

NCHM JEE will be an on-line exam only and Exam will be held in 33 or more cities in all over India. There would be total 200 Question and of 3 Hrs.

Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination can also appear in JEE on provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted at the time of counselling or at the time of admission.

The offer of admission is subject to verification of original certificates/documents at the time of admission.

Required Qualification: A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria

It is open to 12th pass students of +2 system who must have studied English language as one of the subjects. The Course duration is for 36 weeks followed by 24 weeks of Industrial Training. Currently the courses are offered under annual examination system comprising term end examinations at end of the year. Institutes also conduct mid-term examinations comprising theory and practicals.

Eligibility Criteria

Ministry of Tourism implemented the Hunnar Se Rozgar program through the Institute of Hotel Management. Programs are supported and sponsored by MOT. The minimum qualification for admission is 8th Class pass excluding graduates. A trainee who acquired with an attendance of 80% will be paid stipend of Rs. 1,500/- in respect of Food & Beverage Service Steward, Room Attendant and Front Office Associate course, Heritage Tour Guides and Tour Guide and Rs.2,000/- in respect of the Multi Cuisine Cook, Craft Baker, and Unarmed Security Guard courses.

The program was aimed at targeting persons with not much means and in need to acquire skills facilitative to employment. The implementation of the program was subject to certain administrative and financial Guidelines.
