About College	Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering (BCE) is one among the six new Government Engineering colleges established by the Government of Bihar under the Department of Science and Technology. It will start its first academic session (2016-17) from the old campus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna at Patliputra Colony.
