About Career
As a Sales Service & Repair Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site customer service and sales support for electrical appliances and gadgets. On-site installation, maintenance, repair, system improvement, and testing are the primary duties of a Sales Service & Repair Technician. Apart from repairing electrical appliances, you may also be required to provide customers with proper usage tips and instructions on how to use various electrical gadgets and appliances.
Your aim will be to boost after sales service success and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a very important aspect of your job as a Sales Service & Repair Technician since it can maximize customer retention while increasing profits.

Class 10 all subjects as per scheme of studies - ITI course in Mechanic Consumer Electronics/Electronic Mechanic/Mechanic (Electrical Domestic Appliances)/Similar other courses.
After class 10, you can choose to do an ITI course in Mechanic Consumer Electronics/Electronic Mechanic/Mechanic (Electrical Domestic Appliances)/Mechanic (Domestic, Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Machines)/Mechanic (DTH and other Communication System)/Mechanic (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioner)/Mechanic Consumer Electronics Appliances/Mechanic Radio and T.V./Mechanic Radio, Audio, Video System and Appliances or any other similar courses from a vocational training institute.

Undergraduate studies after school:
After your Class 10, you can choose from a wide variety of ITI courses such as Mechanic Consumer Electronics/Electronic Mechanic/Mechanic (Electronic Domestic Appliances)/Mechanic (Domestic, Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Machines)/Mechanic (DTH and other Communication System)/Mechanic (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioner)/Mechanic Consumer Electronics Appliances/Mechanic Radio and T.V., or Mechanic Radio, Audio, Video System and Appliances. If you obtain an ITI degree in any one of these courses, it is enough to bag entry-level jobs as a Sales Service & Repair Technician.
