Eligibility Criteria

Applications for admission to the program are invited through advertisements in major national newspapers every year. Applicants can register themselves for admission to MBA Programme through FMS website by filling up the online registration form and by paying the requisite registration fee.

To encourage diversity of Gender and Academic Disciplines, for the purpose of shortlisting candidates for Interview Process different weightages shall be assigned to the scores of different sections of the CAT. From the shortlisted candidates, admission to MBA programme shall be based on Extempore Speech, Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Class X & Class XII marks and CAT scores as provided by CAT centre.

The Weight System Breakups

CAT Score - 60%, Marks obtained in Class X - 5%, Marks obtained in Class XII - 5%, Group Discussion - 10%, Extempore - 5% & Personal Interview - 15%

Prerequisite: Candidates applying for admission to the MBA programme must have pursued at least a Bachelor‘s Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling with at least 50% marks at graduation level (SC/ST: Passing marks; OBC/PWD/CW: 45% as per the University Rules) or equivalent CGPA. Candidates appearing for the final year examination of Bachelor‘s Degree may also apply.

Eligibility Criteria

The MBA programme at FMS offers opportunities to working executives/administrators to customize their individual learning as per their unique strengths and interests. This is done through guest lectures, workshops, seminars, specific modules offered by experts from academia and industry. This ensures that the focus of the programs is not on teaching, but on learning‘! The MBA Executive and MBA Executive(HealthCareAdministration) programmes, each has a total of 1120 contact hours, built into 19 core courses and 9 elective courses.

Prerequisite for MBA Executive: Candidates applying for admission to the two-year evening MBA Executive programme must have pursued at least a three-year Bachelor‘s Degree programme after twelve years of formal schooling having secured minimum 45% aggregate marks or equivalent grades in any of the disciplines such as Arts, Commerce, Social Sciences, Law, Sciences, Mathematics/ Statistics, Medicine, Engineering or Technology. Additionally, she/ he should have at least five years of experience as an executive or an administrator in a commercial/government establishment/registered organization after passing the Bachelor‘s degree examination. Experience shall be determined as on the 1st April of the year of admission. Candidates should be either sponsored or produce a No Objection Certificate to pursue the programme from his/her present employer.

Prerequisite for Health Care Administration MBA Executive: Candidates seeking admission to the two-year evening MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) programme must have a Bachelor Degree having secured minimum 45% aggregate marks or equivalent grade in any discipline such as Medicine (MBBS)/BDS/ BAMS/BUMS/BHMS or Master Degree with 55% marks in Biotechnology/ Genomics/ Genetics/ Nursing/ Bioengineering/ Alternative Systems of Medicine/ Paramedical Discipline/ Pharmacology/ Anthropology/ Zoology or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto. The Master / Bachelor‘s degree should be of the University of Delhi or any other recognized University/ deemed University/ Institute. The candidate should have at least five years of experience as an executive or in an administrative position in a public or private or autonomous/ registered Health Care Organization or in Health Sector after acquiring the Bachelor‘s degree. Experience shall be determined as on the 1st April of the year of admission. Candidate should be either sponsored or produce a No Objection Certificate to pursue the programme from his/her present employer.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. programme, a candidate must have obtained a Master‘s/M. Phil. degree of the University of Delhi, or any other recognized University, or a Post-graduate Degree in an allied subject equivalent thereof securing a minimum of 55% marks. Candidates having an MBA/Master‘s Degree in an allied subject from University of Delhi or equivalent would be required to write the CAT Entrance Exam for admission to the PhD programme.
