Eligibility Criteria

As per AICTE norms for General, OBC, SC & ST candidate should also process a valid JEE-MAINS Score Card and should go through counseling by Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Admission Procedure

85% seats (50% Uttarakhand + 35% All India) would be filled through counseling by Uttarakhand Technical University. 15% of management seats would be filled directly by the Institute Management by counseling based on the basis of JEE - MAINS Rank.

Note: 5% seats over and above intake are reserved for J&K migrants.

Lateral Entry: 20% seats of the sanctioned intake are reserved for Diploma holder and B.Sc. degree holder for lateral entry in the 2nd year. Admission is made through counseling conducted by UTU on the basis of the ranks obtained in the UTU Entrance Examination. Final year students pursuing courses may also apply.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% marks and a valid GATE score & is governed by standard norms specified by Uttarakhand Technical University. Final year students pursuing degree courses may also apply.
