Eligibility Criteria

Saveetha School of Law affiliated to SIMATS Deemed University offers full-time 3-year Ph.D. programs and 4 year part-time Ph.D. programs. The programs are flexible where course work can be completed in the first semester and then the field research work can be completed in any of our collaborative centers. Final Synopsis and Thesis submissions are as per the guidelines of the UGC. A Person with a Masters Degree in Law and Appearance in Department Admission Test & Interview of University is only eligible for this Program.
