Eligibility Criteria

TSLAWCET, an Entrance exam required for admission to the 3&5 Years Law Programme, Which Usually conducted in the month of May Every Year, and it is an Online Computer Based exam.

Required Qualification

• Candidates are required to have passed Class XII or equivalent exam from any recognized state or central board.
• Minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam is needed for students of General/OBC category to appear for the exam.
• Candidates of SC/ST category are required to have a minimum of 40% aggregate in the qualifying exam.

Required Qualification

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law of minimum three or five years duration from any recognized institute.
• Candidates belonging to General/ OBC category must have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam.
• Candidates of SC/ST category are required to have a minimum of 40% aggregate in the qualifying exam.

Admission into Ph.D. full time/ part time program in Law shall be through Ph.D. eligibility test followed by Ph.D. admission interview. All the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria shall appear for the Ph.D. eligibility test. The candidates who are qualified in UGC/ JRF examination/ NET/SLET are exempted from appearing Ph.D. eligibility test.
