Eligibility Criteria

The total number of seats for both courses is 120, divided into 60 seats for B.A.LL.B and 60 seats for B.B.A LL.B (Hons.)

Merit list will be prepared on the basis of CLAT or LSAT score & the program/campus preferences for the course given by the candidate at the time of online registration.

Educational Qualification:

The candidate should have passed in the XIIth Standard examination conducted by a recognized Board / University (minimum 50% in examinations).

• Corporate Law: 20 seats
• Intellectual Property Rights: 20 seats
• Financial Regulations : 20 seats
• Constitutional Law : 20 seats

Selection is based on Written Test and Personal Interview conducted by the School of Law, SVKM’s NMIMS Mumbai.

Educational Qualification:

• The candidate should have passed in the examination conducted by a recognized University leading to award of LL.B. degree (minimum 50% in final year examinations). Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations may also apply.
• Candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from recognized University are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have passed Admission Test conducted by the NMIMS University. The candidate must have qualified written test with qualifying marks as 50% conducted by the NMIMS University

OR

The candidate is qualified in UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/SLET/GATE/ M.Phil. for Law examination of the apex bodies in higher/technical professional education or other equivalent examination.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates for admission to the programme shall have a Master's degree in Law (LL.M) or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational Institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.
