• Should be in good health• Minimum age: 45 years and above• Maximum age: 65 years

Essential Educational Qualification:1. Graduate degree from a recognized university.2. Must be computer literate – should have knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and local language.3. Must have good communication skills in the local language.

Mandatory:• The candidate must have worked in the same district for at least 5 years in a government/semi-government/recognized institution and should have relevant experience.• Should possess knowledge of financial services.Preference:1. Retired officers from any nationalized bank in Scale–I or above / retired officers of SBI and RRBs will be given preference.2. Apart from retired bank employees, other retired government school teachers/government employees who have completed IBF certification in financial literacy services may also be considered.Additional Condition:• The applicant must be a resident of the same district where he/she is applying.
