General Instructions:

1. The candidate must be a citizen of India.

2. There will be personal Interview to select the suitable candidate.

3. Please note that the post is purely On Contract basis, and performance in the personal interview, and selection thereafter, does not entitle for any claim what-so-ever or permanency on the regular establishment of IIM Sirmaur. Candidates are advised to fill out the application in the prescribed format (available on Pages 04 & 05) and submit it along with all supporting documents with respect to their educational qualifications i.e. 10th, 12th, Graduation Degree with Mark sheets, Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma with Mark sheets, and any other degree/ course completed, and must be supported with work experience proofs. A copy of the latest bio-data containing complete details must also be attached with the Application Form. The duly filled application, along with the enclosures, should be sent at the email address: careers@iimsirmaur.ac.in with the subject line “Application for Placement Manager (On Contract)”.

4. Shortlisted candidates who meet the prescribed qualifications, experience, and required skill set will be informed of the venue details for the Personal Interview through email. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

5. The qualification prescribed should have been obtained from recognized Universities/ Institutions.

6. IIM Sirmaur reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts at the time of selection. Further, IIM Sirmaur also reserves the right NOT to fill any of the post advertised.

7. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates regarding the conduct and result of the interview and the reasons for not being called for the interview.

8. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the personal interview.

9. In case of any dispute, decision of the Competent Authority of IIM Sirmaur, shall be final.
