2. Eligible and interested candidates can appear for the walk-in interview scheduled on 29 October 2025 at The Department of Psychiatry, 3rd Floor, Academic Block, Hospital Building, AIIMS, Saket Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh – 462020 with the following documents.

i. Application Form/Biodata.
ii. Educational Qualification, Experience certificates.
iii. Recent passport-size photographs.
iv. Age proof and other testimonials.
v. Original documents for verification at the time of the interview.

General Instructions :

1. It is the candidate’s responsibility to ascertain and ensure their eligibility as per prescribed qualification and experience. Any misinformation detected at any stage will make the candidate liable for disqualification & legal action. Permission to appear in selection process does not approve the eligibility of the candidate. Even after qualifying the selection process the candidate may be rendered disqualified at the time of document verification if he/she doesn’t fulfil essential eligibility criteria.

2. Tenure: The assignments are purely on contractual basis for the period specified above. This appointment will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption at AIIMS Bhopal or for any continued contractual appointment. The performance of the selected candidates will be reviewed every 3 months. Any unauthorised absence from duties for 3 or more working days shall lead to termination of contract.

3. Expiry of contract: The contract will automatically expire after 8 months from date of selection or May 14th, 2026, whichever is earlier. The contractual appointment can be terminated from either side by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.

4. As the project work involves data collection at site which includes schools and colleges, many or all staff may be posted there for data collection anytime or all time during the tenure of their work.

5. Leave: The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed in terms of institute leave policy governing ad-hoc/extramural/short term research projects as amended from time to time.

6. Accommodation: No hostel or any other accommodation will be provided by the Institute/PI of the project.

7. The candidate who is already in government service shall submit “No-objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of walk-in interview.

8. The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.

9. The candidate must bring along original certificates in support of his/her age, educational/professional qualification, experience etc., two passport-sized photographs. One set of attested photocopies of the relevant documents would need to be submitted with application form. Failing these, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the walk-in interview.
