1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply.

2. If a candidate is applying for more than one Game/Event, the candidate should submit a separate application enclosing separate DD/IPO for each game.

3. Applications should be strictly in the prescribed format as appended.

4. The application format is also available in the ICF website https://pb.icf.gov.in

5. The specific position played in the particular discipline, if applicable should be mentioned in the application without fail.

6. One passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form at the space specified.

7. Along with the filled-in application form an IPO or Demand Draft for an amount of ₹500/- (or) ₹ 250/- (as applicable) should be enclosed.

8. Self-Attested legible photocopies of the following documents should also be enclosed along with the application.

• Proof of prescribed Educational Qualification (Mark sheets/certificates) as per notification and higher qualifications (Graduation / Post graduation), if any.
• Proof of Technical Qualification (if any).
• Proof of Date of Birth {Birth Certificate or Std X mark list}.
• Transfer Certificate /School Leaving Certificate (last studied).
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificate in the format as prescribed in the Annexures of Notification.
• Department / Government service candidates must enclose a “No Objection Certificate” from the employer.
• Copies of certificates of essential sports achievements as prescribed in para 4 above.
• Certificates in languages other than English or Hindi should be accompanied by an attested translation in English / Hindi.

9. Application in the prescribed format, complete in all respects along with the enclosures should be sent to the following address, in a cover, duly superscribing "APPLICATION FOR SPORTS RECRUITMENT FOR POST IN PAY LEVEL-1 (OPEN ADVERTISEMENT)” 2022-23 should be written in Block letters duly mentioning the category applied for.

The envelope should be addressed to the “ASSISTANT PERSONNEL OFFICER/RECRUITMENT, INTEGRAL COACH FACTORY, CHENNAI - 600 038” and sent by ordinary post only on or before 13 March 2023.

General Instructions:

1. The candidates applying for the post should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility conditions at the time of submission of applications.

2. The specific position played in the particular game / event, if applicable, should be mentioned without fail.

3. The decision of ICF in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the application, issue of free rail passes, penalty for false information, mode of selection, conduct of trial/ interview, allotment of post to selected candidates etc. will be final and binding on the candidates.

4. ICF administration reserves the right to alter the stages of recruitment or cancel part or whole or any recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

5. The candidate should attend the trial at the date, time & venue specified by ICF administration and any request for change of date, time & venue will not be entertained.

6. The candidate will have to make their own arrangements for their stay at Chennai for a few days while attending Trial / Interview. No TA/DA/ Accommodation will be given for appearing in trial / interview.

7. ICF administration will not be responsible for postal delay or wrong delivery, if any, of any correspondence at any stage of the recruitment process.

8. As the date of Trial has been fixed, candidates who are applying in response to this notification should be in readiness to appear before the Trial committee on the date of Trials. Eligible candidates will be intimated through email and sms only.

9. Candidates may note that submitting fake / forged documents or any information furnished being found false or incorrect, his/her candidature / application is liable to be cancelled / terminated without any notice at any stage i.e. Trial / Interview / Empanelment / After Appointment. Further, such candidates are liable for criminal prosecution.

10. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification of the candidature.

11. Incomplete/illegible applications and applications without requisite enclosures/LTI will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

12. Mere calling for trial/ interview will not be a guarantee for appointment.

13. Candidates selected against Sports quota shall execute a Service Bond to serve this organisation for a period of 5 years.

14. Candidates belonging to Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spill Districts and Pangi sub division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep Islands, Domicile certificate should be enclosed.

15. Ex-servicemen: A copy of self-attested Discharge certificate should be enclosed.

16. ICF Administration has not appointed any agents or coaching centres for acting on its behalf. Beware of such persons/agencies. Recruitment is done strictly as per merit.

17. Legal issues, if any, shall fall within the territorial jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal under which this Administration is located.

18. Candidates are advised to regularly check the website https://pb.icf.gov.in for updates and not to disturb any Officers by calling on their mobile.
